The Office of Strategic Planning and Management Services serves as the gatekeeper for all expenditures.  The office ensures that the MCIS database contains accurate consumer budgets and that the budgets are in line with approved monies.  The office is responsible for assisting the OCFO in preparing a budget that is in line with the goals and objectives of the Agency.  The office is also responsible for facilitation and development of the agency strategic plan and performance measures. This office will track the agency performance measures and development of various reports.  The office will handle the agency customer service standards and agency-wide correspondence tracking and document control. The Office provides recommendations on revenue enhancements and cost containment measures to the Director of DDS.
